After meeting my soul sister, Sophie Baines, at a time when we needed each other most…
It was most definitely a divine intervention. On meeting Sophie at the very first retreat we immediately knew we would be great friends.
Sophie story is incredible, after surviving cancer twice through self healing she began to devote herself to the education of food being thy medicine, creating a deeper understanding that if we are mindful of what we are ingesting it can alleviate and even cure many diseases!
Sophie herself is testimony to this.
WE DECIDED TO CREATE SOMETHING TRULY INCREDIBLE
We were also both going through difficult relationships and provided the love and safety for each other we needed at that time. Both being the sisters we never had!!
We wanted to help men and women everywhere raise their vibration and help them become the most authentic versions of themselves, changing their lives forever.
That’s when we set up our brand, Eat, Pray & Self Love, to do exactly that…
