Leanne is an holistic Life Coach, certified yoga teacher, shiatsu therapist, reiki practitioner, belief coding and theta healing. She specialises in guided clients towards self awareness and provides the path they in order to be reconnected to their authentic power.

SOPHIE BAINES

Sophie is a certified wellness coach, plant-based nutrition specialist, and chef with expertise in healing through nutrition based on her personal experience overcoming cancer.

 

As part of your retreat, Sophie will nourish your body and spirit with plant-based foods designed to eliminate toxins and promote optimal health and vitality. She is also trained in Belief Coding and theta healing, providing comprehensive support throughout your experience.

FAQ'S

  • We will stay in a beautiful Chateau , in Villeneuve Sur Lot.  Which is located roughly 1 hours drive from Bergerac Airport, to which Ryan air offers economical flights on the specified dates from Liverpool airport, starting at £70. from Stansted airport from £130. (Please note these prices are subject to change depending on time of booking, these prices are based on viewing November 2024) 

  • This is a deep healing and transformative retreat, it is not based around yoga practices. We aim to allow beginners to feel comfortable in these sessions so the practices are more focused on connecting internally and releasing blocked energy in the body. There will be additional movement and somatic exercise/ecstatic dance included depending on the group and itinerary. Adjustments will be suggested for all levels. Everyone is welcome!

  • Weather is unpredictable and we make no guarantees, but our retreat time is in mid June so the weather will be temperatures around (20 to 26 degrees Celsius).

  • All classes will be in an indoor-outdoor space which offers protection from the elements. 

  • We expect around 10-12 participants.

  • Rooms will be available for check in from 12:00 PM. Check out is at 12:00 PM

  • This retreat is designed as an immersive experience for you to reconnect and reflect inwards. So we recommend things like enjoying the pool, journaling or reading, walking, sitting in meditation or simply resting. The itinerary is designed to give you time to do both. We have included an excursion and there is an option for an extra excursion for the last day also, that you can sign up for on request.

  • You can book your flights to Bergerac as soon as possible. The earlier you book your flight, the better price you will secure. 

  • In addition to clothes, toiletries, and other things you would normally pack for a trip like this, we recommend you bring the following: yoga clothes, flip flops, bathing suit, light sweaters or wraps for cool nights, closed toe shoes (if hiking or running), light long sleeve shirt and pants, hat and sunscreen. All yoga mats and props will be provided so no need to bring if you’d rather not!

  • Yes! On the day the retreat starts and ends, one group ground transportation to and from Bergerac airport will be arranged for groups at one specified time if there are requirements for times outside of this it will be at the cost of the guest. We will recommend various flight times and arrange the times around these. A few months prior to the start of the retreat, we will reach out to you to collect your travel details. If you require transfers outside of this return we can arrange but costs will be added.

  • Even in the rare instance that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat we will only be able to refund ticket costs at most, and would not in any instance be able to compensate you for other costs, such as flights booked, etc. Due to this concern, we highly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance.

    We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy and include medical coverage. Many insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation so please prioritise accordingly. 

  • We don’t have an option for this but if you wish to stay in the local area you are very welcome to make your own accommodation and travel arrangements. There are also some great excursion options available we can recommend if you enquire before your trip and pre book. 

  • In order to secure the venue and programming, Eat Pray & Self Love is required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd parties that do not allow for refund or cancellation in any instance except for limited instances where “acts of god” render the entire event impossible. As such, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance. You may transfer your ticket under certain conditions. Purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always a good idea.

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person (of the same sex if you have purchased a twin room) up to 3-days before the retreat start date without penalty by emailing us at eatprayandselflove333@gmail.com After that time, our strict cancellation policy applies.

  • Any balance remaining after payment of the initial deposit is due to be paid by April 10th, 2025. As noted above, we have a strict cancellation policy with no refunds (including for any deposits) so please make sure you have sufficient funds ready to pay any remaining balance at this time.

  • Yes! Just email us with a description of your partner’s needs (for example, a partner would like to participate in meals and excursions but skip the yoga classes, etc.) and we will send options that work for you.

  • The accommodation is split into two parts, most of the rooms are in the main house and there is also a cottage with 2 extra rooms. The main house consists of 1 master with ensuite, 1 double with ensuite, 2 further doubles and 1 more twin room, shared bathroom. If single occupancy is requested and we have availability,  we can offer this at an additional cost.
